International Conference ´Automotive Power Electronics (APE)´, June 2006 in Paris
The International Conference AUTOMOTIVE POWER ELECTRONICS APE held in Paris (France) on 21-22 June 2006. has been organised by SIA in collaboration with MIT, INRETS, ECPE.
The next APE Conference is planned for end of 2007/beginning of 2008.

HySYS - Fuel Cell Vehicle System Components
The objective of the project is the research on of low-cost components for fuel cell (FC-) systems and electric drive systems which can be used in future hybridised FC-vehicles (medium term objective) and ICE vehicles.

European Project (STREP) HyHEELS
HyHEELS - Hybrid High Energy Electrical Storage
HyHEELS provides an UltraCap energy storage system for the use in hybrid- and fuel cell vehicles, which satisfies all properties necessary to make an integrative component. The development work comprises the optimisation of the electric properties of the basic cap, its combination into scalable modules with integrated power balancing, power prediction and the communication interface with the drivetrain.
